Generally Stupid and Surely Stupid

If I was to get a reduced GPA because of a lack of physical prowess I would be pissed off. This is not high school or junior high. This is university and I pay for this. Who the hell's bright idea is it that badminton is a compulsory major component of any university degree that does not deal with physical fitness anyhow?

To me this is the epitome of being Thai. Do as you are told because some person senior told you to do it. Why is it that when a person here who has a great idea gets fired or pushed out of a organization because senior people somehow ‘lose face’ but  when someone comes up with a stupid idea it tends to be OK? Where the heck is the accountability?

The fact that when a person under someone’s command comes up with and implements a good idea makes their boss’ lose face to me is the perfect example of Thailand losing face! When people do stupid things here they tend to keep their jobs forever and again this is a perfect example of loosing face. This is backwards and is a perfect reason why it takes Thailand extra long to implement good ideas.
