Maybe this should be rephrased from ‘if’ to ‘when’ as there are some terrible professors lurking around the corridors. The IIS website says ‘The most important element in our quality insurance system is that students evaluate the performance of their lecturers’. From experience from experience it is apparent that this is bullshit. If the IIS cared about the quality of lecturers, they would hand out these evaluation forms at after a couple of classes, and again at the end of a course.
